I’ve been using this ghee in my morning coffee and it melts in with zero grit, which I wasn’t expecting from something so pure. It’s rich but not heavy, and a little spoonful goes a long way. Definitely my new go-to for cooking.
The texture is silkier than any butter I've tried, and it melts into warm dishes without that heavy greasy feel. Since it comes from camels raised in the desert, I feel like I'm getting something genuinely pure and traditional.
The jar arrived well-sealed and the ghee has that clean, almost nutty richness you don't get from regular butter. It melts smooth for roasting veggies and doesn't smoke up the kitchen like I expected.
